Coaches looking for training resources have come to the right place. Below you’ll see a number of eight-week training schedules you can use to get your athletes ready for State Games. They have been developed by Special Olympics Coaches in the field for all coaches. You can use these as they are or as a template and guide to supplement your own training regime. They are developed to accommodate a two trainer per week schedule for your athletes. |
